1. General Provisions

2. Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account and use any service on gvt99, you must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age. Use of this platform by anyone under 21 is strictly prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

Withdrawals will only be made to the mobile banking number registered on the account. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Processing time is generally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.

4.3 Transaction Cancellations and Refunds

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. A 15x wagering requirement must be met before this bonus can be withdrawn.

Example: If you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive a ৳1,500 bonus (total balance ৳2,500). To withdraw this bonus, you must place bets totalling ৳1,500 × 15 = ৳22,500.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

Each bonus offer has its own validity period and conditions
A bonus offer can be received only once per account
Bonus funds cannot be cashed out — they can only be used for placing bets
Bonus validity is generally 7 days from activation
Abusing bonuses through multiple accounts or use of proxies will result in bonus cancellation

5.3 VIP Program

gvt99 has three VIP tiers. You can advance to a higher tier through regular play:

Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.3%
Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.7%
Gold: Weekly cashback up to 1.0%

Through regular and active participation, you will advance from Bronze to Silver and from Silver to Gold.

6. Betting and Gaming Policy

6.1 Fair Play Policy

gvt99 operates all games fairly and transparently. Our games are powered by certified software providers such as PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, JILI, Spribe, and others. A Random Number Generator (RNG) is used to determine all game outcomes, which is regularly tested by third parties.

6.2 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits are set for each game and betting market. These limits are displayed in the game interface. If a connection is lost during a game for any reason, the last valid state saved on the server will be considered final.

6.3 Sports Betting

6.4 Technical Errors

Operating multiple accounts or sharing accounts among family members
Bonus abuse or bonus arbitrage
Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds
Playing on behalf of third parties or participating in professional betting syndicates
Using software bots, scripts, or automated tools
Interfering with platform security systems or attempting to hack
Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another user's account

Consequences: Involvement in any of the above activities will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all deposits and winnings, and legal action may be taken if necessary.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 Service Availability

gvt99 strives to provide uninterrupted service at all times, however temporary disruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical issues, or other reasons. gvt99 will not be liable for any losses arising from such situations.

8.2 Third-Party Services

Our platform relies on third-party payment providers such as bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. gvt99 is not directly responsible for transaction delays caused by technical issues on the part of these providers.

8.3 Gaming Decisions

All gaming decisions (bet amounts, game selection) are entirely the user's own. gvt99 will not provide any financial compensation for losses incurred in games.
